Allgemeine Teilnahmebedingungen für das Sommercamp
Anmeldung
Die Anmeldung erfolgt schriftlich mit Unterschrift der Eltern / des erziehungsberechtigten Elternteiles. Vorweg kann die Anmeldung per Internet an die Sommerschule durchgegeben werden. Erst durch die Übermittlung der Anmeldebestätigung, welche Ihnen innerhalb von 14 Tagen zugesandt wird, wird die Teilnahme am Sommercamp bestätigt. Die Anmeldungen werden in der Reihenfolge ihres Eintreffens bei uns reserviert und Ihnen schriftlich bestätigt. Die Mindest-Teilnehmerzahl beträgt 10 Personen. Sollte ein Kurs nicht zustande kommen, können keine Schadensersatzforderungen daraus gestellt werden. Bei Überschreitung der vorgesehen Maximum-Teilnehmeranzahl behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Ihre Anmeldung nicht zu reservieren. In diesem Fall werden Sie selbstverständlich umgehend von uns informiert. Die Anmeldung wird erst mit Einlangen der Zahlung gültig.
Haftung
Unser Sommercamp ist seitens des Vereines mit einer Haftpflichtversicherung abgedeckt. Eine Haftung des Veranstalters und seiner Erfüllungsgehilfen für Personen-, Sach- und Vermögensschäden jeder Art, mit Ausnahme der grob fahrlässigen Herbeiführung eines Schadens und der gesetzlichen Haftungsansprüche, für welche die Haftpflichtversicherung haftet, ist ausgeschlossen. Dies gilt auch für Unfälle und abhanden gekommene Gegenstände. Wir bitten um Abschluss einer Unfallversicherung für die Zeit des Kurses.
Hausordnung
Alle Teilnehmer müssen die für das Sommercamp, als auch die des Veranstaltungsortes geltende Hausordnung beachten. Eine Einführung erfolgt am Beginn eines jeden Camps. Auf dem Camp herrscht absolutes Rauch- und Alkoholverbot. Grob disziplinäres Fehlverhalten hat zur Folge, dass der Teilnehmer das Sommercamp vorzeitig abbrechen muss (ohne Rückerstattung der Kosten).
Arztbesuche/Medikamente
Gesundheitliche Probleme sollten Sie uns unbedingt vor Campbeginn mitteilen, damit wir uns darauf einstellen können.
Gerichtsstand
Für den Fall von Streitigkeiten wird als zuständiges Gericht Linz vereinbart.
Freizeitmodul
Wir gehen auf den Wunsch des gebuchten Freizeitmoduls gerne ein, Änderungen sind uns aber jederzeit vorbehalten!

Comments

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
